Techxagon Academy's Robotics Tutor Training Programme is a structured initiative designed to solve two problems at once: the shortage of qualified robotics educators in schools, and the unemployment gap among tech-enthusiastic youth and graduates.
We recruit 70 prospective tutors — no prior teaching degree required — and put them through a rigorous, fully-funded robotics training curriculum covering hardware, programming, pedagogy, and classroom management.
Once certified, tutors are placed at partner schools and receive a monthly salary for the duration of their deployment. Schools gain access to qualified robotics instructors. Tutors gain skills, a professional certification, and a paying job. Everyone wins.
"We don't just train tutors. We create a generation of robotics educators who carry that knowledge into every school they walk into."
